Elena Maroto is the left side of the brain behind MMQ Piano Studio.

She is a Spanish Computer Scientist and since September 2018 she is the Managing Director of MMQ Piano Studio which she manages with her sister Marta.

During 20 years she has worked for big groups such as Accenture, Mercedes-Benz and Airbus.
She has worked as an IT developer, consultant and project manager. In September 2017 she decided that it was time to explore other areas of life.
Her career in IT has led her to travel and work in more than 14 different countries around the world.
Aside from Spain she has lived in the United States for 2 years and currently she lives in the sunny south of France. She speaks fluently Spanish, French and English.

Elena has an analytical and curious mind and so she is the perfect balance for Marta’s artistic brain. She is good at managing projects, costs, risks and opportunities.

She takes care of all the operations and administrative stuff in MMQ Piano Studio. From website development, marketing, accounting and purchases, to all operations management. In general, everything that helps the team to provide the best piano learning experience possible.

In case you were wondering, no, Elena does not know how to play piano, her keyboard experience is with a different kind of keyboard!

Elena lives in France and she is always available by phone or email. She comes to London at least 3 times a year, just in time to prepare the concerts. She enjoys meeting students and parents at that time.
