
Pavlina began studying piano at the age of five in Varna, Bulgaria, and graduated with a Master’s in Piano Performance with Distinction from the National Music Academy in Sofia. She also trained in Piano Pedagogy in Detmold, Germany.
Pavlina has performed in Europe and the Middle East and has won prizes at national and international competitions as a soloist, chamber musician, and accompanist.
Since 2010, she has taught piano and music in the UAE and the UK, working with students of all ages and preparing them for exams, festivals, and competitions, where many have earned awards and distinctions. Her experience spans individual and group teaching, including work as a Kindermusik® educator and primary school music leader. In 2017, she completed an International PGCE at the University of Nottingham, focusing her research on young children’s aural skills.
Now based in London, Pavlina teaches piano and continues to refine her teaching approach. She is also currently training with Dalcroze UK, further enriching her practice through movement-based music education.
